A series of seminars will provide knowledge and skills for the creation, development of a culture of conflict in interpersonal working relationships.Analysis of negative conflict experiences will help to delve into the significance of the boundaries of the ethics of the working environment for the quality of work.The program consists of 57 acad h., IX modules. Participants will gain knowledge of psychological violence in the context of hidden and open relationships.Participants will gain knowledge about conflict management in the institution.They will apply knowledge by anticipating actions and measures, solving cases of psychological violence between employees of the institution and between employees and managers.Participants will gain knowledge of psychological literacy, emotion management techniques.
